STUBENGASSE in Munster
With STUBENGASSE a new centre for retail businesses, services, restaurants and hotel is being created in the heart of the city of Munster. The project catches the eye with its exceptional architecture that encases both traditional and modern elements. Its central location in the historic town centre leaves nothing to be desired when it comes to available infrastructure.
The STUBENGASSE project is also extremely convincing from the commercial point of view. Immediately after the ground-breaking ceremony in November 2007 the approx. 16,800 square metres city premises was already completely let. Until September 2009 a very varied and attractive centre for shopping will come into being, which will be perfectly integrated into the cityscape of Munster and will reinforce the economic significance of Munster as a key city in the region.
